REFUND POLICY

SMARTAUTO PLUS PTE. LTD (« the Company ») operates the website SmartGoTV (https://smartgotv.fr) (« the Site ») and is committed to providing its customers with high-quality IPTV services. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund in accordance with this Refund Policy.

You may be eligible for a refund if you meet the following criteria:

• You have purchased a subscription for the SmartGoTV services through the Site.
• You have not used the SmartGoTV services during the refund period.
• You request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.
